Checkout Options
If your Team Leagues is a paid event, or any of its services are paid, the Edit League > Checkout Options section allows you to add account details (bank account/bank details) which you can use to collect your fee.
You can connect your Stripe/bank account details with your team leagues, making it easier to process and receive the service or team leagues fee.
Connect/Add Stripe Account for Team Leagues Payments
The stripe account you add/connect will be used for any future fee processing and fee receiving (until changed). Any payment made by the user/team leagues player will be transferred to the connected account.
To connect/add a stripe account for team league’s payments, navigate to Team League > Edit League > Checkout Options:

Click on the Use Organization Stripe (if the league already has a connected account), or Enter Custom Stripe (to set up a fresh stripe account). Then, click on Connect Stripe, you’ll be redirected to the Pickleball OpCo LLC partnered Stripe website.

Enter team league’s email address in the Email Address area, if you don’t have a Stripe account, you can create one for the Team Leagues or Club. Then, click on Submit.

Once submitted, it’ll prompt you to enter your password in the Password area.

Set up the Two Step Verification, then click on Next.

Once connected, you’ll be redirected to the Pickleball’s Team Leagues page. Your connected Stripe account will now reflect on the Checkout Options page.

You can see following details of the connected Stripe account – Email Address, Stripe ID (semi-hidden), Scope, Account Type, etc.
Disconnect a Connected Stripe Account for Team Leagues Payments
Disconnecting a connected stripe account will remove it from the Team League’s payments.
If disconnected, any further payments made by the user/team leagues player will either fail or will not complete until there’s an account to receive the payment on the Team League’s end.
To disconnect a stripe account for team league’s payments, navigate to Team League > Edit League > Checkout Options:

The connected stripe account (Organization Stripe or Custom Stripe) will be visible with the following details - Email Address, Stripe ID (semi-hidden), Scope, Account Type, etc.

Click on Disconnect Stripe on the selected stripe account to disconnect it from the Team Leagues. Note that, you’ll NOT receive any prompt or notification for further confirmation of the disconnection.

Once clicked, it’ll disconnect the connected stripe account from the Team Leagues.
When a Stripe account is disconnected from the Team League’s > Checkout Options section, further payments made by the user/team leagues player will either fail or will not complete until there’s an account to receive the payment on the Team League’s end.
Change a Connected Stripe Account for Team Leagues Payments
Changing a connected Stripe account to a different Stripe account will redirect any further payments made by the user/team leagues player to the newly connected account.
To change a Stripe account for team league’s payments, navigate to Team League > Edit League > Checkout Options:

Click on Change Stripe Account on the selected Stripe account, it’ll redirect you to the Pickleball OpCo LLC partnered Stripe website.

If you have just a single stripe account connected to the team leagues -
- Enter team league’s email address in the Email Address area, if you don’t have a Stripe account, you can create one for the Team Leagues or Club. Then, click on Submit.
- Once submitted, it’ll prompt you to enter your password in the Password area.
- Set up the Two Step Verification, then click on Next.
- Once connected, you’ll be redirected to the Pickleball’s Team Leagues page. Your newly connected Stripe account will now reflect on the Checkout Options page. Once your new Stripe account is connected to the Team League’s, all further payments for the Team Leagues from users, players or members, will be made to the new account.

If you have more than one stripe accounts connected to the team leagues -
- Select the new account you want to connect with your team leagues for the league's payment processing.
- Click on Connect, it'll redirect you to the next page.
- Enter the details asked then click on Continue.
- After the new Stripe account is connected, you’ll be redirected to the Pickleball’s Team Leagues page. Your newly connected Stripe account will now reflect on the Checkout Options page.

Changing an already connected Stripe account will disconnect it from the Team Leagues.

Once disconnected, you’ll not be able to see it in the Team Leagues > Checkout Options section, to access it again, you’ll have to add it again to the selected Team Leagues.
